OpenAPI 3.1.0 specification of the Next.js API: 59 of the 99 implemented operations are documented so far (DSP 2025-1, DCP v1.0, FHIR R4, OMOP CDM, HealthDCAT-AP). The PR Gate blocks any new route that is not in the spec, and the backlog only shrinks. Use Try it out to call live endpoints. Every route needs a session cookie except the sign-in flows, the health probe and the TestFlight form (ADR-044, ADR-048).
