6. Identity & Trust Framework
</h2>

The Decentralized Claims Protocol (DCP) manages identity, credentials,
and trust. Identity Hub stores DIDs and Verifiable Credentials, the
Issuer Service mints EHDS-specific credentials, and Keycloak provides
SSO/OIDC authentication.
